On a Form 1095-A?  Leave the boxes with a 0 blank (empty).

Yes, sorry, form 1095-A.  I have tried leaving the fields blank, but the run error check still flags it as an error.

Delete the Form 1095-A and re-enter manually.  Leave all boxes with a 0 blank.

Report back if this is still an issue.

Thanks for your reply.  I deleted the 1095-A and reentered it without going into the months in columns B and C that are zero, leaving them blank.  I have the same issue with the fix errors not allowing that.
