Does anyone have the contact information for Intuit Academy? I have completed both tax prep and tax level 1 exam and do not see the tax prep badge on my dashboard.

I have completed Intuit Academy Tax Level 1 Prep + Exam. I have the badge for the TL1 Exam, but the prep does not appear. I have taken it multiple times on different browsers/devices, but the badge does not show. On the progression, it states I already have the badge.
