Yes! You do not need a 1099 in order to report your income as a driver for Uber.  You should be tracking all of your income throughout the year from them as well as your mileage and expenses. If you have not been accurately tracking your income expenses, you can use your bank records (or other statements) you have to calculate what you have made.

To enter your Uber  income

  1.      Click on Federal
  2.      Income & Expenses
  3.     Scroll Down to Self-Employment and click
  4.     Click Start next to Income and Expenses
  5.     Answer YES to “Did you have any self-employment income or expenses”
  6.     When you Enter Uber or Lyft when it asks you to “Tell us the type of self-employment work you do” TurboTax will customize your interview and will make it easy to enter all of your information.

Also, as an Uber Driver, you may want to consider using a bookkeeping app like Quickbooks Self Employed which will not only allow you to track your income but it also has a feature that allows you to track your mileage and mark which miles are business and which miles are personal.
