Does any one have trouble withNYS Drivers License Document Number not being accepted by turbo tax. Say needs first 3 letter, yet instructions say do not enter IDUSA

You need the first three characters (either numbers or letters or a mix) after the IDUSA.

And ONLY those three characters...not the whole number.

Check the pictures provided by NY to ensure you are using the right number. (It's not the DMV-ID number)
