Do you need to include 1099-Q in your income even though it includes disbursements for both fall17 & spring18 tuitions? (1098-T only includes fall17 amt.)

When entering the 1098-T, below the Box 2 entry is a blue link 'What if this is not actually the amount I paid to the school?'
Click the link, and a box opens where you can enter the actual amount of tuition paid (screenshot).
