Online preparation and e-filing for 2016 is permanently closed.

To file a return for a prior tax year

Only a 2017 return can be prepared online and e-filed.

If you need to prepare a return for 2014, 2015, or 2016 you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign,  and mail the return(s)

https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

(if you want to prepare on paper for free:  )

You can download the Forms and Instructions from the IRS web site:

https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/prior-year

Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return.

Do you need to file a 2015 return now?

Question has been answered

If you are preparing a 2015 tax return, then you only enter information that pertains to 2015.  Similarly if you are preparing a 2014 or earlier return, you ONLY enter information that pertains to 2014.  Each tax year is separate.

@smiles22 I suggest you see a local tax preparer, as all your questions seem to indicate that you are not familiar with taxes or tax returns.

Oh my!  @smiles22 I agree with SweetieJean.  Seek a local paid tax preparer.  It looks like you are too lost to be preparing your own returns, especially for past years.

Yes go to someone in person and pay them once to get caught up.  Or you will have to buy each  year's program separately.  And it will be too hard for us to try to figure out your questions to help you.
