Yes, I have had the same issue. I have tried to contact TurboTax several times but my issue has not been addressed.

Sometimes refunds are lower than expected if you elect to have Turbo Tax fees deducted from your refund, or if you have an offset. You can see what you are being charged for. Click on Tax Tools from the Menu on the left side in your return. Click Tools then My Fees. This will show you what you are being charged for.
This article will provide information as to why your refund is less.
Is there this same issue in 2023? My tax return was $122 short and is from TPG Products….
@SForrestLO If this is an old issue, why does this seem to be happening again? I have seen multiple other comments saying that TPG products sent a deposit and it is half the amount of return. Mine is less than half, can you please tell us what is going on? Where is the rest of my money?
The IRS would not have held any money from me as none of the possibilities apply to me. Who can I speak to about this issue?
For more details on why your refund could be less than expected, please see this Help Article.
If you have verified it is not any of the above scenarios, and you utilized the Pay with My Refund method, please reach out to the third-party processor, SBTPG. You can do this on their Help page. You can call using the numbers listed, or you can scroll down on the page and click Submit A Request. On this public forum, we do not have detailed information about refund processing.
