If you upgraded to Plus for 19.99 that is the price,  Then if you want the 19.99 deducted from your federal refund there is an EXTRA 39.99 Refund Processing Service charge which you can avoid by paying with a credit card.  So it could be Both!  Be careful and watch what you click on and select.  Read all the screens slowly!
