Do we no longer have the option to use our return to pay for using turbo tax? It is only giving me the option to pay with a credit card

If some of the forms and/or schedules included in your tax return have not yet been finalized for e-filing then the pay with refund option will not be available until they are finalized. Click on the Review tab for the availability dates

Fed/State have been filed&accepted. I chose to print and send a check to the state since no credit card option was available. Can I go back n change to bank acct info?
