Do they have dependents, but you don't?

Your deductions may not have exceeded your standard deduction. Your co-workers might have completely different tax situations from yours. You would have compare tax returns side by side to see what is different.

You are posting from the Free Edition which does not support itemized deductions. What software did you actually use?
