An IRS Form 1040X is Only used to change a tax return that has already been filed and accepted by the IRS.  You do not use a Form 1040X for 2014 if you have never filed a 2014 Federal Tax Return.

TurboTax does not support tax year 2014

If you file a 2014 tax return for a tax refund, the refund will not be paid.  The 2014 tax return with a tax refund had to be filed on or before April 15, 2018.

If you have taxes owed on the 2014 tax return then the return can be filed at any time.

You do NOT amend a return that was never filed ... you need to file an original form 1040 ... and a return that old must be printed, ink signed and mailed in.   Since Turbotax doesn't support the 2014 tax year any longer you will either need to get the forms/instructions from the feds/state   OR   seek a local tax professional.
