I have two dependent children living at home who have earned income for 2025. One is 23, the other is 19. The 23-year-old did not have federal income tax withheld and made $1032, and is not in college. The 19 year old made $2755 and had income tax withheld; we are still paying for him to go to college. I am assuming they need to file their own tax returns but wanted to confirm. Please advise.

No, your dependents don't have to file a return because their income is below the filing requirements but should file to get a refund or any federal or state taxes withheld. Refer to the TurboTax article Do I need to file my own taxes if I'm a dependent? For additional information.
Make sure that your dependent indicates that someone else is claiming them as a dependent on their tax return. Refer to the TurboTax article: How do I indicate that I can be claimed as a dependent on someone else's return?
