When you put your information into My Info use the address where you want the IRS to send mail--in case they need to mail you a letter or a check.   People move all the time----the address on your W-2 has no effect on your tax refund.

Or do you mean should you use the EMPLOYER's address as it is entered on the W-2?   Yes, use the address the W-2 used.   Many employers have "parent" companies with a different address than the specific location where you work.
