Do I still need to pay the $44.99 fee if I had already purchased the Tax Audit Defense membership plan on 2/13/17 which included the Tax Identity Recovery membership?

I had already purchased the Tax Audit Defense membership which included the Tax Identity Recovery membership so I am wondering if I still need to pay the $44.99 fee.

Assuming that you are still on the Order Summary page, right under the Max bundle there is a opportunity for you to remove that service right under the description of what the Max bundle does. If you are past that point you would need to contact Customer Support to remove the Max bundle granted that a purchased it already. Also another option is to click on My Accounts and there you would to see the option to Clear and Startover.
