Quick Employer Forms no longer offers that service. We apologize for any inconvenience. Use the PDF button next to each form to print the recipient copies and mail copies to recipients by January 31. This due date is extended to February 15, for 1099-MISC with amounts reported in box 8 or 10.

The Q&A (quoted) indicates that you should use the PDF button which, I believe, contains the proper formatting.

You can print the vendor copies on plain white paper..
