Do i still have to report self employment income when I already paid taxes?

we have a small business selling jewelry. We pay state taxes every 3 months. do i still report that income? Where do I put it in? We only have our receipts where our customers pay us. We don't have any w-2 or any other forms.

Yes, you have to computer the income and employment taxes annually.  Check to be sure, but the quarterly taxes you aid to the state were probably sales taxes and/or unemployment taxes.

You must report all of your income. Any income that is more than 49 cents is reportable and taxable. You get full credit for any taxes that you paid but you must file a federal and state tax return and report all of your income and expense on them.
