No. If you are not claiming your son you do not enter anything about him on your tax return. But...maybe you should share some other details first. Are you a divorced or never married parent who is sharing custody with another parent? Or is your son just too old--or earned too much--to be claimed for 2022?
@xmasbaby0 Im not married, my son earned more than 5000$ as he works fulltime and he's 23.
IRS interview to help determine who can be claimed:

Was he a student in 2022? If he was a student you could still claim him. If he was not a student, he earned too much and cannot be claimed.
WHO CAN I CLAIM AS A DEPENDENT?
You can claim a child, relative, friend, or fiancé (etc.) as a dependent on your 2022 taxes as long as they meet the following requirements:
Qualifying child
Qualifying relative
When you add someone as a dependent, we'll ask a series of questions to make sure you can claim them. There may be other tax benefits you can get when you claim a dependent.
@xmasbaby0 Thank you for the informations, I believe i will just delete his info on my turbo tax account then, is that right?
@juey27 If you are not claiming your child as a dependent then delete him in My Info. There is no reason to list him on your return.
@xmasbaby0 got it! Thank you so much!
