Do I send both 1040-SR and 1040-V to the IRS with my payment or just the voucher?

I did eFile on all my taxes, state and federal. Printing out the forms, there are no instructions beyond sending the Voucher to the IRS... is the 1040-SR for my records, or does it need to go with the voucher.

If you efiled and it was Accepted you just send your check with the 1040V voucher. Do not mail the whole 1040SR return. Just the voucher.

Thanks for the information... If that’s true, then my Delaware state return only needs the 200-V payment voucher?

Do I need to also mail my 1040x if a refund is due? Original return had a payment, which is pending for 4/15, correction has refund. Now what?
