Do I really need to pay for a Deluxe plan to show the credit I received from 1095-A (Health Ins Mktplace Stmt)? I see the Schedule 5 & it'd only be one line on that form.

Yes, you do, unfortunately. In order to receive the Form 8962 Premium Tax Credit from the Form 1095-A, you have to upgrade to Deluxe online edition.
