From what you indicated, it sounds like your disability income is tax free.The rules surrounding taxation of individual disability income insurance benefits are generally simple. If  you paid the premiums with after-tax dollars, the benefits you receive are tax free.  

If you paid for your disability with pre-tax money or partially with pre-tax money ( ex your employer pays the premium for the benefits you choose up to a certain amount and you choose additional benefits,) you will be taxed on the portion of your benefit related to your employers contribution.
