Yes, if you are mailing the return, you need to attach any W-2s and 1099 forms that have federal withholdings. And it looks like you are using TurboTax Premier and that is a paid version of the software. You pay for the software whether you e-file or print and mail your return. You are paying for the actual software, not to file the return when using online software.
