Do I need to send Form 8453 and Form 8949 Statement to IRS if I have less than 100 crypto transactions?

I have only around 20 crypto transactions. I can generate a report using bitcoin.tax and then manually add those to TurboTax. Don't want to buy plan of bitcoin.tax as I don't have hundreds of transactions. 

Is that all I need to do on TurboTax? Will it automatically generate Form 8949 and/or Form 8453 which I need to I guess mail to IRS? Or do I not need to mail any of those forms for my 20 crypto transactions?

if you enter your 20 individual transactions manually, you will not have to mail anything.
