Do I need to report K-1 if purchase and sale was within my 401(k)?
After filing my returns I received three k-1(1065) forms. I made all purchases and sales within my 401(k). Do I need to report these? If so how?

All income derived in your 401(k) account is tax-deferred. You do not need to report these forms K-1 on your tax return.
