Do I need to pay another license fee if I started my Turbotax on one computer but is broken I use another computer to finish ?

It is charging me $75 for Federal and $50 for State.  I bought the CD from Costco and already used up the code 5 times for different people including myself.

You are posting from online Premier--not desktop software.  That's why it is charging you.  You got into the wrong software and are using online somehow.

You should be able to download the software and use it again on another computer, but you cannot e-file any more federal returns.  That five federal e-file limit is an IRS limit.  So if you prepare more federal returns they have to be printed signed and mailed.

If you installed the program on 5 different computers already then you will not be able to use the code a sixth time ... can you finish the return on one of those other computers that already have the program installed ?

Why/how did you use the License Code 5 times already? One program install can do unlimited returns.  You can efile 5 for free and the rest you can print and mail.  You are not supposed to share the CD.  The License is for only on the computers you own.
