I'm a non-resident of NJ and received NJK-1 form from a Real Estate Fund. Column B (New Jersey Source Amounts) are all empty in the form. Do I still need to file NJ state tax?

when your K-1 is EMPTY (ZERO) , that's telling you there is nothing to report on your tax return.
