I submitted my colorado e-file on january 29. Colorado states not yet received. What are the next steps?

You will need to wait until it is received. I understand that Colorado is backlogged with their returns and are not processing these as quickly as they should. You will need to wait until it is processed and filing another state return will not solve the issue.
