Do I need to change anything based on the feedback from my review? It says I did my depreciation correctly but I can’t claim that this year. Do I need to delete it?

No, do not delete your depreciation.  If you cannot claim it this year, you may be able to use it in future years by means of a "carryover."  Also, this information will affect your return when / if you sell the property.  Keep it.
