Do I need to add form 1095-C with my 1040 tax return?

I already filed my taxes and for some reason my employer sent the 1095-C form late, I just received it. I was covered all year by insurance through my employer . Is/was this form really necessary for the 1040 claim I filed??

You will not need to amend your taxes as long as you entered the health insurance information correctly on your return.
