Do I need both Turbo tax Home and Business and Turbo tax self employeed? I have a business but also have a w2?

Choose one or the other, not both. TT Home & Business and TT Self-Employed are the same. One is the Online version; the other is the CD/Download version. The software is identical in each version.

I SOLD MY BUSINESS AND AM GETTING MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS UNTIL MAY 2027. IT WAS SOLD AT A LOSS. HOW DO I CLAIM THIS LOSS THE NEXT FEW YEARS?
