Do I need anything in order to be able to claim my daughter this year if my sister is letting me? We both had my daughter half the year and my husband died in 2015.

The person who can claim her is the one who had her the most nights.  If you agree you both had her an equal amount then the mother gets to claim her if she wants.

There's a selection where it asks if I have a letter stating I can claim her by the other parent and he passed away in December 2015. Do I just click yes?
