No you do not.
Your expert has the webcam and microphone and you can see and hear the expert.  But the expert only talks to you on your phone.  The expert sees your TurboTax screen and sometimes other screens on your computer.  But the expert never sees you.

Correct ... the video is one way only ... you see them on your screen  but they don't see you.
