If you had insurance through the Marketplace/Obamacare, Covered California, or another state's Marketplace plan at any time in 2017 you will need to wait to file your taxes until you receive your 1095-A.

If you did not have insurance through any of those places at any point in 2017, then you will not receive a 1095-A.
