Withholding from what income? What document is it on? If it is on a W-2 you just enter the boxes from the W-2. if it is on some other document---no, you do not break it up---you simply enter the amount of federal withholding as shown on the document.

Or are you asking about federal quarterly payments you made? Did you mail in or make estimated payments during the year?
