Do i have to receive my 1099ssa in the mail before i can complete my 1040

using my social security number, can you call up my 1099ssa for me. Do I have to wait for the mail?

The ssa-1099 cannot be imported you have to wait ... but most of the tax forms will not be ready to file until the 18th AND the IRS is not going to start processing any returns until the 29th you have time to wait for the form.
