Do i have to pick a filing status if i already picked single?

Because It has head of Household, Married filing separately, qualifying widow(er), or married filing jointly. and I'm neither of these so I don't know what to pick or if I have to pick anything.

You did it correctly. TurboTax asked if you're married, and you picked "single," presumably because none of the other choices applied (divorced, widowed, etc).

From that point, TurboTax will let you know if any other filing status (like Head of Household) applies to you based on the information you've entered.
