Do I have to pay fee if I refund is rejected?

If your return is being rejected then tell us the rejection code or rejection message so we can help you get it e-filed successfully. The email that told you it was rejected has that message.

The Turbotax fee is for the use of the program to complete a return that can be filed even if you have to mail it in ... at no point was efiling guaranteed since the feds & state have jurisdiction in that matter. What is the error code ... maybe it can be corrected and resent.
