Do I have to mail in any additional forms after I e-filed? I think it gave me a form to send in, but my account is not showing any when I go look at it now.

In most cases, when you e-file, you won't mail any additional forms. If your return contained a form that required mailing TurboTax would instruct you to mail in the form and print the mailing address for you.

Right which I did get that right when i filed. But now i cannot find the form or the instructions anywhere in my profile.

Did you print your return? Filing/mailing instructions will print with the return. Sign back into your account. Then select the  'add a state' link in the 'Some other thing to do' section. This will open up your return again (your not really adding a state). Then select the File tab to print/preview/save your return.
