Do I have to file on my premium tax credit for 2016 through the marketplace?

If you had insurance thru the ACA marketplace and you get a form 1095-A then you MUST file a return.

The 1095A needs to be part of your return and should have been included with the 2016 return.

If not, please amend it to prevent a letter from IRS, and it may impact the tax (refund or balance due) on the return.
