For Federal Taxes:  If that is your only income, then you would be under the filing requirements (provided you have no additional self-employment earnings or received advanced payments for the premium tax credit).  Review the article below.  Even if you are not required to file a return, you may still want to file a return to get back any withholding on your W2.

If you are a dependent, then you should follow this article - (but you are still under the filing requirements as long as you don't also have unearned income)

For State Taxes:  Its possible that you may still have to file a state return as each individual state's filing requirements are different (and some don't even have an income tax).  You can find out about your particular state at the link below.
