Do I have to file 2018 taxes if I have dual citizenships with no earned and unearned income ( in both countries)?

I am a college student and was unemployed during the 2018 period

I was born in America and moved back to my country while I was one year old. I did not return to America until August 2018.

I still depend on my parents to pay for my expenses. They are not US citizens and currently living and working in my country.

Do I have to file 2018 taxes and which forms I need to use?

If you do have any income at all, you do not need to file a U.S. tax return.
