Do I have to enter Noncovered Securities from 1099-B into long term investment form?

In my 1099-B, I have both Covered Securities and Noncovered Securities. In note it said Noncovered securities are not subject to IRS cost basis reporting. But do I have to enter these into investment income form?

What that means is the broker does not have to report the cost basis to the IRS.

You, however, do have to report the cost basis to the IRS or the IRS will consider your cost basis $0 (zero).
