If your child is under the age of 19, there is nothing for you to report on your tax return if they are disabled.
@mimi450520 you can check the box saying 'disabled', but if under 19 there is no difference in the tax return. if the child is OVER 19,be sure to check the box, as it will make a difference in the tax return.
There are no special credits or deductions on your federal tax return for saying that your child is disabled unless the child is older than twelve and you still need to pay someone to take care of the child when you work---in that situation you can still get the child and dependent care credit. Your state tax laws may be different, however, so you need to watch for questions about that when you prepare your state return.
