No. The stimulus check is NOT taxable, so it is NOT included in your gross income.

You may need to enter the stimulus check amount received into the TurboTax program if your AGI for tax year 2021 is not completely phased out.

Follow these steps to enter the information: 

1. Within Federal, click on Federal Review
2. On next screen, Let's double-check the amount you received, enter the amount received
3. Click Continue
