Do I have a TT self employed in the business version of the program

No. Turbotax Business is a separate program from TurboTax Home and Business or TurboTax Self-Employed.  TurboTax Business is a program only available for desktop use (there is no on-line version.)  See http://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/

Turbotax Business will prepare

     Form 1120-S for S-Corporations
     Form 1120 for C-Corporations
     Form 1041 for Estate or Trusts, and
     Form 1065 for Partnerships

To prepare a Schedule C (Self-Employed) you'll need TurboTax Self-Employed (Online) https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/self-employed.jsp  or TurboTax Home & Business (CD/Download) https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/home-and-business.jsp . With either of these, you'll also be able to handle at K-1s that are issued from a Partnership or Corporation generated through TurboTax Business.
