Do I file single or divorced if I have been divorced since 2022?

Divorced is not a filing status. File single if unmarried or head of household if you have a qualifying person and meet the other qualifications.

 Since you weren't married in 2024, you can file Single or Head of Household (if you took care of a qualifying person).  Divorced isn't a filing status. Refer to the TurboTax article What is a "qualifying person" for Head of Household?
