hey
i have lived as an international student for almost 9 years as an F-1 student. Graduated and left, currently in my home country, with no intention of coming back.
I own stocks in Fidelity and some other platforms.
am I obligated to pay taxes for dividends, Captial gaina, and others? since I am not a US citizen, but was previously considered US person, since I lived over 5 years in the US. No longer though.

Do not post separate questions about the same issue. It's too confusing and hard to follow, and hard to see the whole picture, if information is scattered in multiple threads.
