Do I enter the taxes (Federal, SSA, Medicare) withheld as stated in the W-2 for the Estimated tax payments?

nope withholding is never an estimated tax payment.    estimating tax payments are done by sending in a check using credit or debit card,or even giving the IRS authority to withdraw  from your bank account an amount designated as an estimated tax payment.
