You are completing a 2022 tax return so you only enter tax data from 01/01/2022 thru 12/31/2022.

The address you enter on the 2022 tax return is where you currently live and receive your mail.

the only think I can think of that would be 'current' and not as of 12/31/22 is your MAILING address. 

things like marital status, number of childen, who else might be living in your household is all as of 12/31/22.

If you removed excess IRA contributions in 2023 or took other actions such as recharacterization before the due date of your tax return,

that would be 2023 activity that impacts your 2022 tax return.
