Do I claim unemployment income on 2020 tax return? Do I not claim it if it has to be paid back?

I am a substitute teacher. My claim has been denied in 2021.

You have to report the unemployment income actually received in 2020 on your 2020 tax return.

The repayments will be claimed in the year you actually repay the benefits.
