Do I choose Yes or No if the First and Second round of stimulus checks are incorrect on Turbotax's form?

Choose No. TurboTax calculates the amount of stimulus you should have received based on what you put down for 2020.

If you received less, say No you did not get that and enter the actual amount of your stimulus checks. The missing amount will be added to your tax return as a Recovery Rebate Credit.
